Sales Development
Salesforce transformation with a leading Logistics Consultancy. They were looking to develop strategic selling skills to increase the size and value of the contract they were winning.
Successfactory designed a modular sales development programme based on Understanding People and Managing Relationships, Strategic Selling Processes, Key Account Management, Influencing, Persuading, Negotiating, and a series of coaching sessions to implement the learning.
The first bid they tackled after the programme was 4 times larger than any previous work.and they won the business! Since then they have implemented a structured Marketing and Sales Plan - and results keep improving!

Project Management
An example of one of our project management assignments is implementing PRINCE2 as a methodolgy into a public sector organisation. We did this using a live project to embed the learning in parallel to the development programme. We looked at the hard and soft side of project management and delegates also achieved PRINCE2 practitioner status.
Another example of the diversity of our work is running Project Management Surgeries as part of a 12 month programme for a Global Construction Consultancy. They wanted to improve the people side of projects. We ran monthly workshops using real case studies from their business as a mechanism to discuss and learn about achieving results through people in a project enviromnent.
Key learning points have been implemented into their project management methodology - which is improving project effectiveness and acting as a differentiator in winning business.

Negotiating Skills
A leading global consultancy asked Successfactory to design a 2 day negotiating skills programme linked to their competency framework as part of their strategy to improve commerciality. After initial indepth research a programme was developed, piloted and implemented. The programme has been a resounding success and is in its 3rd year with over 125 project managers being developed.

Supporting a major ERP programme
Successfactory were asked to design a project relaunch event to re-focus a project team struggling on a major ERP programme.
A motivational two day event was designed with the new project manager and project sponsors. A graphical facilitation processes was used during the two days to refocus the team and agree a way forward. Outdoor team development was also utilised as part of the team development.
After the event the project made excellent progress in implementing the changes required to achieve a substantial return on investment. Benefits were realised and the skills modelled during the event are being used in other projects to great effect.
