Corporate Social Responsibility is important to most company strategies these days and we all face the difficult challenge of getting results whilst paying attention to our CSR responsibilities. Formulaic box-ticking CSR doesn’t deliver, so we’ve designed innovative and inspiring programmes, which deliver stimulating development experiences, whilst making a difference and supporting the community and charities.

We also make sure we ‘walk the talk’ and contribute to our local community in lots of resourceful and creative and ways.
We’re passionate about ‘practicing what we preach’. There are a few things we do, such as:

Linking into our team’s personal motivations by aligning our individual purposes to the company vision. We do this by completing and updating our ‘Living a Wonderful Life’ maps.

We make sure we have lots of FUN together; we’ve climbed Snowdon, walked around the Lake District, hiked the Pennine Way, rock climbed, camped, had barbecues and parties, take lunch time walks ….. the list goes on!
