Inspirational Monthlies at The Successfactory

I would like to invite you to join us for our Monthly Inspiration Evenings which will take place on the Third Thursday of every month. The dialogue lasts just two hours around the topic chosen for the evening.

Successfactory have joined forces with Pentacle Virtual Business School to bring together the latest thinking on a number of topics we sure you'll find interesting. We've tried to select generally applicable topics which you can use in several real life contexts rather than fashion-driven specific topics such as "Doing business in India" We want to explore the fundamental New World Principles you can use for transformation in any situation rather than the minutiae of a specific problem. We hope this is the right approach and works for you.

Inspiring Excellence is an Advanced Leadership Journey designed to equip senior managers with the mindsets, attitudes and competencies necessary to lead in a complex, ever changing and demanding New World. It is designed to prepare Leaders who want to move into a more strategic role.

Successfactory and Global Adventure have teamed up to bring you a unique concept which links the training and development agenda to the CSR strategy and enables exciting marketing and PR opportunities. Teams get to raise money for local charities, develop as a team, then complete a team challenge in countries such as Ecquador, Tanzania, Bolivia, Kenya and Peru.

Change is impacting every aspect of our lives. It's almost impossible to predict the extent to which change will continue to alter our lives. We can be certain of one thing - that we will underestimate the extent and the impact of change. At Successfactory we talk about 'New World Leadership'. Quality isn't about getting it right first time, it's about having the courage to make mistakes, so that so much knowledge is gathered that we can't possibly fail in the end!
