The Successfactory is a learning space to take you into the 21st century. It is based in a beautifully converted sandstone barn surrounded by rolling meadows and woodland. It is situated in a most beautiful part of Cheshire with stunning views across the Cheshire Plain to the Welsh Hills beyond.
The Successfactory is a truly awesome venue that you will want to come back to time and time again. And being part of the Bolesworth Castle estate we have access to thousands of acres of land giving us total flexibility for a range of tailored events.

 The venue is accessible for the global marketplace being a short distance from Chester. The M6 and M56 motorways are close by, Manchester and Liverpool International Airports are 45 minutes away, and it's only 25 minutes from Crewe railway station.
Being totally secluded from the pressures of work the Successfactory is an ideal venue for training programmes, conferences, experiential learning events, activity days, product launches, meetings, assessment centres and team building programmes.
