Operations Manager
Very briefly explain your role in terms of how it contributes to the success of Successfactory™
I guess I’m the ‘mother hen’, keeping an eye on the bigger picture, making sure the team are alright and helping wherever I’m needed. I keep an overview of the business, taking care of the day to day finances, looking after the cashflow by making sure the invoices go out on time and the money comes in when it should!
How do you make a difference every day? You might make a difference in small and important ways, or maybe you’ve done something that has had a big impact?
I strive to make a difference whether it’s for the team or for my family. I get a real buzz when I have helped a team member to achieve whatever it is they need help with and to know the team are happy and working to the best of their abilities.

I love coming to work, our working environment is fabulous, the Successfactory team are fantastic and the work is fun. Importantly for me, I work with a team of people who care about each other and help support each other to achieve the right work/life balance. My role is constantly evolving and this makes it exciting and fulfilling.
