How do you make a difference every day? You might make a difference in small and important ways, or maybe you’ve done something that has had a big impact?
In work I love responding to requests for support and help. Making a difference by understanding the team’s needs and responding appropriately. I volunteer quite a lot of my spare time helping other volunteers and leaders to provide life changing and stabilising activities in the outdoors and the community.  This has meant a lot to me for nearly ten years now and hopefully will for another ten and beyond.

Living a wonderful life is one of our values. Explain what this means to you and how you are living your wonderful life at the moment
For me living a wonderful life is about always making a positive contribution. Working hard in my role at Successfactory™,  giving our team support and getting positive feedback from them.  This, balanced with spending time with my partner and friends and giving up free time to work with the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and Army Cadet Force.

Very briefly explain your role in terms of how it contributes to the success of Successfactory™
I love working outdoors where the fun of activities meets the serious intent of the workplace challenges that teams are facing. It’s amazing seeing people overcome fears and achieve things they would never have thought possible. This is done by applying our experience of challenge by choice and understanding people in (and out of) their comfort zones.
