Looking at all those great runners over the weekend getting out of their comfort zones running the London Marathon made me think. How many people in business have the courage to get out of their comfort zones and say what they really think, or behave like they really want to?
Building a culture of high trust enables people to get out of their comfort zones and be courageous, and that's when the magic happens!
What can you do to be more courageous, and build a culture of trust to enable your leaders?
It would be great to hear your thoughts.
