- Our Leap Of Faith ('very' high ropes course) activity present delegates with a 'challenge by choice' opportunity to defy gravity and achieve more than they ever dreamed possible as they equally defy and overcome their fears and limiting beliefs.
- Delegates find their voice and overcome, often deap-seated, fears of speaking in our TED Talk challenge.
- And our Impact Networking events give delegates an opportunity to put into practice their new-found confidence while growing their network in a meaningful way.

Nicola Huelin
Nicola Huelin is an award-winning, certified professional & transformational coach, trainer and facilitator, with over 25 years’ experience in business within multiple industries; telecommunications, IT, public sector, education, hospitality, consultancy, training and entrepreneurship.
Renowned for her pioneering work in women’s empowerment, Nicola is a TEDx Women Speaker and author (listed in the Independent's 10 best business books written by women).
Nicola holds graduate and postgraduate qualifications in business, project management and change management.
Nicola is a certified AMAC registered coach with the Association for Coaching. Her coaching training is fully accredited and recognised by The International Coach Federation, The Institute of Leadership Management and The Complimentary Therapists Association.
She is also an accredited Facet5 personality profile and Strengths Profile (Cappfinity) practitioner.
